Estate Energy Solutions (EES)provides property professionals and the public with a range of essential energy saving services - from Insulation to EPCs and Energy Assessor training. Estate Energy Solutions was originally started to fill a gap in the market in the Lancashire & Cumbria areas to fulfil EPC's for Home Information packs. Estate Energy Solutions now has market share in both counties and beyond. Only months after the company started it became the first City & Guilds training centre in the country to train Domestic & Commercial Energy Assessors, and is now one of the busiest and most highly regarded training centres in the country. More recently Estate Energy Solutions has become the first officially accredited insulation installer in the area. As installing insulation is often the best way to improve an EPC rating it made sense for Estate Energy Solutions to offer this service.
