What are my employment opportunities?
-
A qualified DEA can be employed by an organisation or can become freelance. The advantages of being employed are that you will receive and annual salary and therefore will have a secured income even when the housing market is quiet. Freelancers will have more flexibility and will earn more per EPC than an employed DEA. However securing your client base could be difficult with the number of other freelancers and HIP providers out there.
