If you would prefer to produce the floor plan yourself rather than having a surveyor visit the property then we can offer a cost effective solution. All you have to do is sketch the property and send it through to us and within 48 hours we will return an electronic version for you to use as needed. The cost of this service varies with property size, starting at £20+VAT.
