Former British Army Captain, Financial Advisor and Merchant Navy Captain and one of Estate Energy’s founders, David has been closely involved with all matters relating to Energy Performance since their introduction. A member of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive Non-Dwellings Technical Standards Review Group, David is consulted by City & Guilds in the development of all qualifications relating to the European Performance of Buildings Directive. David is currently developing with City & Guilds and Asset Skills the qualification structure
for the new Home Energy Assessor diploma.
