Following 4 years spent in residential Estate Agency, Ben has specialised in providing services to the New Build sector such as SAP assessments and pressure testing. Clients include Briery Homes, Russell Armer, Storey Homes, Jackson Contractors Ltd, Neil Price Ltd and Daffodil Homes. A member of the Chamber of Commerce, Ben also works closely with Local Authorities and Central Government during their rollout of new insulation incentives. Estate Energy Solutions now has an experienced BBA accredited Insulation Installation team and we can arrange Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation grants on behalf of the general public. Ben co-ordinates the Insulation team throughout the process of quotation, installation, grant application and post installation auditing and is responsible for the team’s customer care and health and safety compliance.
